For that reason we decided to renovate the well known "Modern" Hotel of Thessaloniki that was operating from 1924 up to 1960!
It was a great challenge for us!!!
We wanted to restore the glamour of "Modern" Hotel, to promote its history and its name and of course at the same time to offer modern high standard services to our guests.
The project started under the supervision of the 4th Ephorate of Modern Monuments of Thessaloniki as the building is characterised as Historical Monument from the Greek Ministry of Culture.
The project was not easy as we had to be really careful with the restoration of all the decorative details of the building while adding all the modern facilities.
Today, we are really proud for the result of the renovation!
